The range of knives 200 - 8 generations - G10 by Sabatier K is a series of professional knives combining prestige and technicality. These stainless steel chef's knives are offered for all uses to meet all needs in terms of luxury kitchen knife. From the honeycomb knives to the most finely crafted sashimi and carpaccio cutters for larger pieces, the Sabatier G10 range and ultra-durable handle allows you to perform the most intricate tasks.
This range of kitchen knives was created to make a link between the different generations of our Sabatier family who have preserved an exclusively French manufacture of kitchen knives for over 220 years.
The steel in this series is extraordinary. The hardening of this steel provides a hardness of more than 60 HRC. The manufacturing and the artisanal finish allow to obtain a knife which cuts in a remarkable way.
The chefs know how to recognize that this tool is very precise and very sharp.
The handle of this series is made of G10: it is a synthetic material that will not move over time. He will not fear the cold, the hot. The stainless steel rivets hold the G10 handle in place very well.
