Adrien Giovaninetti is from the Paris region. He is passionate about cutlery. He was able to integrate a training center in a cutlery section in Thiers.

During this theoretical and in-company training, he knew how to work with steel, acquire the learning of polishing and the assembly of knives. He learned a lot with Pierre Yves Joyeux from the Clef des Champs workshop. He learned a skill, a meticulousness in the work of pocket knife cutlery.

His passion has become reality.

In 2013, he graduated from this knife training.

He settled in the Thier mountains and made his own knife: the Lombard - name of this small village in the heights of THIERS.

My workshop has been located in Thiers since 2017, I make my different knives there. My production mainly revolves on variations of my model: The Lombard. I also make unique pieces according to my inspirations and specific requests.
