What is a forged knife?
This is an essential point when you buy a knife. Unfortunately, some manufacturers use techniques that MAKE believe that the knives are forged. They have the same appearance as OUR 100% FORGED KNIVES. But don't be wrong about the quality.
A fully forged knife has no welds, does not use different steels, with a steel grain very different from non-forged knives.
