This knife at right sleeve, inspired by one of the ancestors of Laguiole ® 1840, adopts a fluid line, fresh and contemporary, marked by the blade "willow leaf" and said handle "Corbin's beak". Its design abandons the form called "Bourbon" Blade for more balance and originality. This unique knife opens with his blade, a new steel Sandvik called unalterable evolution: 14C28.
