Every K Sabatier knife is the result of a meticulous process, combining manufacturing techniques handed down by master cutlers with modern quality standards. This fusion of tradition and innovation produces reliable, elegant, and high-performing tools.
However, some knives, while flawless in their function, may display slight aesthetic imperfections on the blade or handle. These "irregularities" in no way affect their cutting precision but instead add a unique charm, highlighting their authenticity and history.
THE CONCEPT OF THE SABATIER MYSTERY PACKAGE
Inspired by the desire to showcase these uniquely crafted knives, we created the Mystery Package concept. But how does it work?
The idea is simple: we offer sets of knives where the total length of the blades reaches a minimum size. Two options are available:
The 30 cm Package: Contains several knives with a combined blade length of at least 30 cm.
Examples of possible combinations:
- 3 paring knives of 10 cm each
- 1 chef knife of 20 cm and 1 paring knife of 10 cm
- 1 butcher knife of 8 cm, 1 steak knife of 13 cm, and 1 boning knife of 15 cm
The 60 cm Package: Contains several knives with a combined blade length of at least 60 cm.
Examples of possible combinations:
- 3 paring knives of 10 cm, 1 chef knife of 15 cm, and another chef knife of 20 cm
- 1 chef knife of 20 cm, 1 paring knife of 10 cm, and 1 slicer knife of 30 cm
- 1 butcher knife of 15 cm, 1 steak knife of 13 cm, 1 boning knife of 15 cm, and 1 chef knife of 25 cm
These knives may be forged or non-forged, with handles made of wood or plastic, in black or vibrant colors. Each set is a surprise, but one thing is certain: these tools will undoubtedly find their place in your kitchen and assist you in all your culinary preparations.
SURPRISE PACKAGE OF SABATIER CARBON STEEL KNIVES
A Carbon Steel knife boasts extraordinary sharpness, but it requires specific care. After each use or cleaning, you must thoroughly dry the knife to prevent the blade from rusting. Never put a carbon steel knife in the dishwasher.
Over time, the steel may change color. This is a natural phenomenon.
